Great Yarmouth Homeless Supported Housing has two services within Great Yarmouth, Moreton Court and Woburn House, comprising 20 single-occupancy bedrooms, six one-bedroom flats and three studio flats. We provide support for adults aged 18 or over, who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness.

Support planning

Staff work with residents to draw up a personalised support plan using the Homelessness Outcomes Star model, to help them achieve their aims and goals.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site various hours to suit residents’ needs, giving them peace of mind that support is on-hand. There is an overnight concierge service seven days a week and an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

  • Cooking, cleaning and shopping
  • Building confidence, resilience and self-esteem
  • Developing hobbies and interests
  • Dealing with correspondence

  • Signposting and accessing other services
  • Planning a successful move-on


To be eligible for a place at Great Yarmouth Homeless Supported Housing, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Be homeless or at risk of homelessness

We can only accept referrals from Great Yarmouth Borough Council's Housing Options team, so please contact them directly.

All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
