Church Road has 13 one-bedroom apartments. We provide support for adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of mental health needs, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

Staff draw up a personalised support plan with residents using the Mental Health Recovery Star model.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site various hours through the week, to suit residents’ needs. There is an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

To be eligible for a place at Church Road, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 to 65
  • Have a mental health need and require supported accommodation
  • Be receiving support from the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)

How to apply

We accept referrals from Crosby Housing’s Community Housing and Re-Enablement Team (CHART). For more information, or to apply to live at Church Road, visit the CHART website or call 0151 928 2777. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
