As part of this commitment, we’ve launched a ‘Helping You Eat Well for Less’ guide and recipe book. The guide offers advice about good nutrition and how to make sure your body is getting everything it needs, as well as tips for reducing the cost of your weekly shop and using less energy when cooking at home.
The recipe book complements the guide, and features healthy, flavoursome and delicious recipes to cook on a budget, with minimal cost and effort. It includes firm favourites like chicken curry and cottage pie, and focuses on helping people to keep up with a balanced diet despite pressure on household budgets, as well as important messages about using leftovers and batch cooking.
