Astraline has once again demonstrated its dedication to excellence by achieving certification under the TEC Services Association’s (TSA) Quality Standards Framework during its annual audit. The audit, conducted in October 2024, highlighted the organisation’s compliance across key modules such as User and Carer Experience, User Safety, and Information Governance, among others.
Notable achievements include maintaining outstanding compliance in TEC Monitoring, completing Information Security Certification and achieving all key quality indicators. The report also recognised Astraline’s commitment to continuous improvement, including data management and enhanced training initiatives.
Astraline has now joined Sanctuary Supported Living (SSL), merging with SSL’s Technology Enabled Living Service to shape the future of digital telecare. By combining resources and expertise, they are delivering innovative, forward-thinking solutions for customers and residents, further strengthening Sanctuary’s position as a leader in assistive technology services. This milestone reflects Sanctuary’s unwavering commitment to providing high-quality, innovative, and efficient support that meets the evolving needs of customers.
Kelly Miller, Telecare Director for Sanctuary Supported Living’s Technology Enabled Living Service, shared her enthusiasm: “We’re proud to share these results as part of our commitment to delivering reliable, uninterrupted services for our customers and residents.
