Catering team Sana Coney and Rachel Edgley with their top food hygiene rating
The catering team at Jubilee Court, a retirement community in March, Cambridgeshire, are celebrating after retaining their food hygiene rating of 5 from the Food Standards Agency.
The rating, which is the highest possible score, reflects the high standards of food safety and hygiene at the retirement service, which is run by Sanctuary Supported Living.
Jubilee Court provides self-contained apartments for people aged 60 and over, as well as onsite communal facilities, including their Taste restaurant and shared gardens. The Taste restaurant team prepare nutritious and delicious lunches and light bites for the residents, using seasonal ingredients. Current menu favourites include sausage casserole, chicken curry, and fish and chip Fridays, as well as tasty desserts to accompany every lunchtime special.
