Taste the Season: New Autumn-Winter and festive menus

As the days get shorter and the nights get colder, nothing beats a hearty meal to warm you up and lift your spirits. That’s why we are delighted to announce that the onsite Taste restaurants at our retirement communities have launched a new autumn-winter menu, featuring delicious dishes made with seasonal ingredients.

Whether you fancy a classic roast beef dinner, a comforting pie and mash, or a nourishing stew, you’ll be sure to find something to suit. You can also enjoy a range of delicious winter desserts, from apple crumble to sticky toffee pudding and custard, or a traditional fruit trifle.

In addition, to mark the start of the festive season, many of our Taste restaurants are now taking bookings for the festive special menu, which will be available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. You can treat yourself and your loved ones to a three-course meal, featuring traditional favourites like turkey, stuffing, pigs in blankets, and Christmas pudding, or you could go for something new and try our festive grilled hake rarebit, baked jewelled nut roast or winter berry Eton mess.

The price for residents is £30 per person on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, and £25 per person on Boxing Day, with a £5 per person surcharge for non-residents, and includes a tea or coffee, mints and mince pies to finish.
