The generous living room is decorated neutrally with a three-seater cream fabric sofa with three push decorative cushions two in a pale pink and blue stripes and the centre one in cream with a soft silver floral pattern. The matching armchair sits opposite the sofa separated by a footstool being used as a coffee table with a wooden tea tray with tea making facilities ready for use. The mirrored side tables sit either side of the sofa decorated with large glass and cream lamps on top and picture frames on the bottom shelf. A hexagonal mirror complementing the side tables sits above the sofa. The room also has a patio door access straight into the garden area.
A serene double bedroom, the blue double bed sits centrally on the back wall popping against the white décor. The matching blue curtains also add a calming colour to the room. The white bedside tables either side of the bed are adorned with tall thin lamps a full length white wooden framed mirror tucks neatly into the corner of the room.
A beautifully airy white kitchen, featuring white cabinetry with under lighting adding more brightness against the white painted walls. The mounted wall oven, backsplash and extractor fan and circular sink are all in chrome which reflects the light perfectly. The room is warmed by a wooden kitchen counter surrounding the room, broken up by the electric hob and baking accessories used as decorations.
The spacious dining room hosts booth and dining chair seating options for the residents. Moreton Court has a communal lounge, restaurant, guest suite, hair salon, fitness suite, library games room and a landscaped garden. There are lifts to all floors and level access throughout.

Your new home is unfurnished so you can make it your own. It has an open plan lounge and fitted kitchen, one or two double bedrooms, and a level-access shower room.

There is Wi-Fi in communal areas. Pull cords are fitted in every apartment, and optional assistive technology is available to complement your lifestyle. This can be purchased at an additional cost.

Apartments are available to rent for one or two people. Leasehold apartments may also be available to purchase from a current owner. You may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent from Devon County Council.

Restaurant and dining

Our in-house Taste restaurant is open to residents and visitors from 9am to 3pm, seven days a week* for breakfast, lunch and snacks.  

If you live nearby, enjoy a meal out in our restaurant with your family and friends. 

We regularly have special menus to celebrate special occasions throughout the year and our Taste restaurant has a food hygiene rating of 5 from the Food Standards Agency.

  2. We’ll arrange for you to visit and meet us.
  3. We’ll help you to complete a housing assessment and affordability form, as you may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent and part of your service charge.
  4. While you’re here, we may assess if you would benefit from care and support services, and our care provider may arrange to visit you at home to discuss your needs. For your care to be funded by Devon County Council, you must have had your needs assessed and approved by the adult social care team.
