Rosary Priory

At Rosary Priory, we personalise all our care and support to suit each person's individual needs. We also tailor our organised activities around the daily routine and the religious life of the Sisters.

As well as attending Chapel twice a day, they also take part in weekly social activities, including a discussion group, an exercise class and a knitting group. Members of the knitting group regularly knit items for local charitable causes, as well as for Sisters who have dementia, including during Dementia Awareness Week.

Sanctuary Supported Living is part of Sanctuary, which is regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). The RSH is the government body for the social housing sector. It sets standards for social housing providers and can take action if they’re breached. 

If you’re a customer and you have a problem with one of our services, the first step is to speak to the manager at your service, who will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you are still not happy, you can follow our complaints process, which explains how to make a complaint and what to expect from us.  

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Housing Ombudsman Service, which is an independent organisation that deals with disputes between landlords and tenants. 

The care provided at Rosary Priory is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which inspects and rates all services which provide personal care and support. The Care provider’s most recent inspection report can be viewed on the CQC website and you can give good or bad feedback on care to the CQC.
