About us
Located in the bustling city centre of Brighton, Amber House has 11 self-contained one-bedroom flats and one studio flat.
We provide housing management support for adults aged 18 and over, who are homeless, or at risk of being homeless, and have a learning disability, physical disability or mental health need.
- Staff can provide support during office hours, Monday to Friday
- Long-term low-level housing management support
- Self-contained flats with communal garden

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Amber House, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be able to prove a connection to Brighton and Hove
- Require low-level housing management support
- Have a learning disability, physical disability or mental health need
How do I apply?
To apply directly, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We accept referrals from Brighton and Hove City Council.
Referrals may also be accepted for tenants who are moving on from another local Sanctuary Supported Living service. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
