About us
Green Dragon Court is supported accommodation which provides enhanced housing management support only, to adults who have experienced or are facing homelessness. The focus is on supporting people to maintain their tenancies and preparing them for living more independently.

Location
Within easy access to the park, supermarkets, cafes, college, cinema and transport links.
Accommodation type
Eight self-contained flats over four floors (two on each floor). All accommodation is unfurnished.
Rental agreement type
All flats are let on assured short-hold tenancies.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Green Dragon Court, applicants must:
- Be aged 25 - 65 with low-level support needs
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Have no current drug or alcohol issues
How do I apply?
Applications are accepted through housing officers at Somerset Council or through a pathway schemes.
