What support do you provide?
Our team works with each customer to create a personalised support plan using the Home Star model, focused on achieving and maintaining a stable home.
Our highly trained staff provide support for people with mental health needs five days a week during office hours. We offer regular weekly contact, with flexibility to adapt support to individual needs.
This service also helps customers maintain stability when moving on to live independently after leaving our Roebuck Close, supported housing service in Blackburn.
Clients can also purchase optional telecare technology giving added safety, reassurance and greater independence.
