Set in Hereford town centre, Red Coat Close has nine one-bedroom flats and one two-bedroom flats. We provide care and support for 10 adults aged 18 and over, with a range of learning disabilities, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the national independent regulator of all health and social care services in England. They inspect and monitor care homes, nursing homes and supported housing where personal care is provided and produce reports about them, to help you find a service that suits you.

Care and support planning

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Life Star model. We can provide a minimum of two hours care and support per week, including personal care, depending on individual needs.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site various hours, to suit residents’ needs. There is a concierge service during the day and an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

  • Have a learning disability
