Set in the heart of Ketley Millennium Village, Oleander House has 12 one-bedroom apartments. We provide care and support for adults with a range of learning disabilities, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

12 unfurnished one-bedroom apartments, each with a bedroom, lounge/diner, fully-fitted kitchen and accessible shower room. There is WiFi in all communal areas.

Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system to ensure residents’ safety and security.

Integrated emergency pull cord alarm system throughout and personal pendant alarm available. Bed sensors and door sensors help to maintain independence.

All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Life Star model.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is always on-hand.

To be eligible for a place at Oleander House, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a learning disability, dual diagnosis or acquired brain injury
  • Require a minimum of 14 hours of care per week

How to apply

We accept referrals from Telford and Wrekin Council. All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
