Located in a quiet area of Longton in Stoke-on-Trent, Eastgate has six en-suite rooms, four one-bedroom apartments and one en-suite respite room. We provide residential care and support for 11 adults aged 18 and over, with a range of learning disabilities.

Care and support planning

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Life Star model. We can provide 24-hour residential care and support, including personal care, depending on individual needs.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is always on-hand. There is an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a learning disability with high or critical needs

How to apply

We accept referrals from Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Staffordshire County Council. All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
