Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site during office hours, seven days a week, and there is an overnight concierge service and an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

We also provide move-on support to help prepare residents for living independently as well as floating support to people living in the local area.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a place at Albert Road, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a diagnosed mental health need
  • Be receiving treatment from the Salford Community Mental Health team

We accept referrals from Salford Community Mental Health team. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
