Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and there is an overnight concierge service seven days a week and an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

  • Managing finances (budgeting and benefits)
  • Cooking, cleaning and shopping
  • Accessing education, training and employment
  • Managing mental health needs
  • Dealing with correspondence

  • Maintaining appropriate behaviour and good communication

Additional support services

To be eligible for a place at Gore Avenue, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a diagnosed mental health need

How to apply

We accept referrals from Salford Community Mental Health team or Salford City Council’s Adult Social Care team. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
