Located in a residential area of Acton, Ealing Care Services has three one-bedroom flats and four studio flats. We provide personal care and support for adults aged 18 to 65, with medium to high level mental health needs.

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Mental Health Recovery Star model. We can provide 24-hour care and support, including personal care, depending on individual needs.

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is always on-hand.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a place at Ealing Care Services, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 to 65
  • Have a medium to high level mental health need

Applicants with a history of addiction must be attending a rehabilitation program before a referral is made and must commit to continuing with the program.

To apply, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from any borough council. All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
