Set on the edge of Well Street Common, Park Lodge has 25 one-bedroom flats. We provide personal care and support for adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of mental health needs.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the national independent regulator of all health and social care services in England. They inspect and monitor care homes, nursing homes and supported housing where personal care is provided and produce reports about them, to help you find a service that suits you.

All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Care and support planning

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Mental Health Recovery Star model. We can provide 24-hour care and support, including personal care, depending on individual needs.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is always on-hand. There is also an overnight concierge service seven days a week, should residents require any further support.

To be eligible for a place at Park Lodge, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 to 65
  • Have an assessed and recognised mental health need
  • Be on an established treatment programme
  • Be able to engage with the Recovery Star model or other treatments and interventions that promote recovery

How to apply

We accept referrals from Hackney Borough Council’s community mental health team. All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
