Willow House has seven fully-furnished rooms in a shared house and one studio flat. We provide accommodation and support for people aged 18-60 with complex needs.

Staff draw up a personalised support plan with residents using the Mental Health Recovery Star model, with the aim of living independently within two years.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a place at Willow House, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18-60
  • Have a mental health need, complex needs or substance misuse issues

How to apply

To apply directly, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Woking Borough Council Supported Living Accommodation Panel and voluntary agencies. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
