Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Mental Health Recovery Star model.

Our highly-trained staff are on-site from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. There is a concierge service and an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

Residents can also purchase additional telecare technology to further promote their independence.

We also provide follow-on support for up to six weeks, when residents move on to live independently.

Sanctuary Supported Living is part of Sanctuary, which is regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). The RSH is the government body for the social housing sector. It sets standards for social housing providers and can take action if they’re breached. 

If you’re a customer and you have a problem with one of our services, the first step is to speak to your Local Service Manager, who will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you are still not happy, you can follow our complaints process, which explains how to make a complaint and what to expect from us.  

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Housing Ombudsman Service, which is an independent organisation that deals with disputes between landlords and tenants.
