Weston Foyer has 34 one-bedroom flats. We provide support for vulnerable and homeless young people, aged 16 to 25, with low to medium level support needs. Residents are encouraged to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

34 part-furnished one-bedroom flats, each with a bedroom, lounge/diner, fully-fitted kitchen and accessible shower room. There is WiFi in all communal areas.

Support planning

Staff draw up a personalised support plan with residents using the Young Person’s Star model.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff on-site during office hours, with an overnight concierge service, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is available if they need it. There is also an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

  • Building confidence, resilience and self-esteem
  • Preventing homelessness

Additional support services

We also provide follow-on support when residents move on to live independently.

The Foyer Federation

Weston Foyer is a member of The Foyer Federation, a registered charity that works with young people to enable them to not just survive, but to thrive. Their work ranges from supported housing, training and employment projects, to homelessness prevention initiatives and health and wellbeing programmes.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a place at Weston Foyer, applicants must:

  • Be aged 16 to 25
  • Be vulnerable, homeless or at risk of homelessness
  • Have low to medium level support needs
  • Require a minimum of two hours support per week
