Sanctuary Supported Living
Sanctuary has launched its new Resident Engagement Strategy. Called ‘Stronger Together’ it outlines how we will make sure that our customers influence what we do and how we will work closely with residents from across Sanctuary, including Sanctuary Supported Living to improve our services.
We’ve made great progress since our first formal resident engagement strategy, which was launched in 2022 and Stronger Together builds on what you’ve told us works well, improves what doesn’t, and makes sure your voices keep shaping our services.
We’re thrilled that more than 80,000 customers helped to shape the new resident engagement strategy, which runs for three years, focusing on three main areas:
Doing things right every day – especially repairs
Engaging better with young people
Closer collaboration with residents in high-rise buildings to prioritise their safety
