Stronger Together: your questions, answered 

Thank you to everyone who joined our recent Stronger Together webinar. This was the second event in our series and part of how we are bringing our Resident Engagement Strategy to life by giving customers more space to share their views.

The strategy, launched late last year, sets out our aim to give customers a stronger voice and work with you to improve our services.  

During the session, Sanctuary’s Chief Operating Officer, Sarah Clarke-Kuehn, and Sanctuary Supported Living’s Operations Director, Dave Shaw, responded to questions sent in by customers from across Supported Living.   

They talked openly about the things you told us matter most, from repairs and day-to-day support to opportunities like apprenticeships. A lot of the conversation focused on the support residents receive in our young people services, reflecting the strong interest and feedback shared with us.
