Your new apartment is unfurnished so you can make it your own. It has an open plan lounge and fitted kitchen, one or two double bedrooms and a level-access shower room.

Technology

There is Wi-Fi in communal areas. Pull cords are fitted in every apartment, and optional assistive technology is available to complement your lifestyle. This can be purchased at an additional cost.

Renting

Apartments are available to rent for one or two people. You may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent from Knowsley Council. 

Restaurant and dining 

Our on-site restaurant and café are open to residents and visitors from 9am-3pm, seven days a week* for breakfast, lunch and snacks.  

If you live nearby, enjoy a meal out in our restaurant with your family and friends.  

We regularly have special menus to celebrate special occasions throughout the year and our restaurant has a food hygiene rating of 5 from the Food Standards Agency.  

*Opening hours and menu availability may be subject to change

You may be eligible for financial support, such as Housing Benefit or Universal Credit, to help cover your rent and part of your service charge.

  1. Contact us for an application form or contact Knowsley Council.
  2. We’ll arrange for you to visit and meet us.
  3. We’ll help you to complete a housing assessment and affordability form, as you may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent and part of your service charge.
  4. While you’re here, we may assess if you would benefit from care and support services, and the on-site care provider may arrange to visit you at home to discuss your needs. For your care to be funded by Knowsley Council, you must have had your needs assessed and approved by the adult social care team.
