Situated in the leafy residential village of Burwell, Ness Court provides apartments and communal facilities for people aged 60 and over, or people aged 55 and over with long-term care needs. 

Designed to offer comfort, independence and peace of mind, Ness Court has everything you need to enjoy a happy, fulfilling retirement.

The seating area is surrounded by patio doors leading out into the garden and out door seating area. The plush grey and purple and white checked armchairs are placed around a small wooden circle coffee table facing out towards the outdoors.
A petite garden area that spans the length of the property, is made up of a paved access all around the perimeter of the building then onto the grassed area. A waist height hedge marks the boundary of the property but allows views onto the neighbouring field.

Apartments are available to rent for one person. You may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent from Cambridgeshire County Council.

Taste restaurant

Our in-house Taste restaurant is open to residents and visitors from 9am to 3pm, seven days a week* for breakfast, lunch and snacks.  

If you live nearby, enjoy a meal out in our restaurant with your family and friends.

We regularly have special menus to celebrate special occasions throughout the year and our Taste restaurant has a food hygiene rating of 5 from the Food Standards Agency.

How do I apply?
 

  1. Contact us for an application form or contact Cambridgeshire County Council.
  2. We’ll arrange for you to visit and meet us.
  3. We’ll help you to complete a housing assessment and affordability form, as you may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent and part of your service charge.
  4. While you’re here, we may assess if you would benefit from care and support services, and our care provider may arrange to visit you at home to discuss your needs. For your care to be funded by Cambridgeshire County Council, you must have had your needs assessed and approved by the adult social care team.
