A modern two storey property built with yellow brick and a wooden panelling in random locations on the exterior of the property. The entrance has a covered walkway and dropped curb access.
The thin but long balcony spans the with of the private residence. With black iron railings and a wooden decked flooring. With two chairs that overlook the garden area of the property.
A large kitchenette spans the width of the back wall of the seating area. The soft wooden cabinets and black worktops complement the white room well. The kitchen features a dishwasher and undercounter fridge as well as numerous tea and coffee making facilities. Two four seater dining tables with lime green and lilac chairs are placed in front of the kitchen. A small black sofa tucks underneath the mottled glass panelled across the wall.
Crisp and fresh living area, leading through into a fully functional kitchen with lightly stained wooden cabinetry on the lower and upper units, a black work surface, an electric hob, washing machine and chrome accessories.
The majority of the courtyard is paved with small grassed patches framing the edging. The use of trees, shrubbery and potted plants make the space feel very fresh. Two large benches sit around the tree and amongst the shrubs.

Our in-house Taste restaurant is open to residents and visitors from 9am to 3pm, seven days a week* for breakfast, lunch and snacks.

  2. We’ll arrange for you to visit and meet us.
  3. We’ll help you to complete a housing assessment and affordability form, as you may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent and part of your service charge.
  4. While you’re here, we may assess if you would benefit from care and support services, and our care provider may arrange to visit you at home to discuss your needs. For your care to be funded by Cambridgeshire County Council, you must have had your needs assessed and approved by the adult social care team.
