About us
Gleneagles Close has three bedrooms in a shared house with a communal bathroom, kitchen and lounge.
We provide long-term supported housing for adults aged 18 and over, with low to moderate learning disabilities.

Location
A quiet residential area of Chester, situated within walking distance of shops, leisure facilities, two parks and public transport links.
Accommodation type
A total of three rooms in a shared house with level access throughout. All part-furnished.

Kitchen, bathroom lounge area, laundry room and garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site part-time during office hours. Out-of-hours telephone service and CCTV to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. We can provide assistive technology for additional safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All accommodation is let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Gleneagles Close applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have a low to moderate learning disability
- Have a minimum of 10.5 care and support hours per week
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from the Adult Learning Disabilities team Cheshire West and Cheshire Council. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
