About us
Located in a residential area of Bromley, Park Road has 10 en-suite rooms in a shared house.
We provide care and support for 10 adults aged 18 to 64, who have a range of learning disabilities and physical disabilities. Residents are supported to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

Inspected and rated by the CQC
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the national independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.
They inspect and monitor care homes, nursing homes and supported housing where personal care is provided and produce reports about them, to help you find a service that suits you.
Staff at Park Road provide CQC-registered care and support. Our CQC-registered name is Sanctuary Supported Living (Bromley Care Services).

To be eligible for a place at Park Road, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 to 64
- Have a learning disability or physical disability
