Located in the city of Chelmsford, Arnhem Road provides intensive housing management support for adults aged 18-65, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Arnhem Road, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 – 65
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Be on a treatment and recovery programme or willing to be referred for one, if applicant has a drug or alcohol misuse disorder
- Require a minimum of three hours a week of housing-related support
How do I apply?
To apply complete Chelmsford City Council’s or Braintree District Council’s application for housing-related support.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
