About us

Situated in the charming market town of Faversham, Church House provides short-term support for adults who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, encouraging them to develop their skills and move on to live independently.

  • Low level, intensive housing management support with residents eligible for a maximum of three hours of support per week
  • Part-furnished, single-occupancy bedrooms in a shared house
  • We are only able to accept referrals from professionals

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for a place at Church House, applicants must:

  • Be single
  • Be homeless, or at risk of homelessness
  • Require a maximum of three hours support per week

How do I apply?

We do not accept direct applications. Referrals must be made by the Rough Sleeper Team at Swale Borough Council.
