About us
Compton Valley House has six one-bedroom apartments. We provide intensive housing management support.

Accommodation
Location
A residential area of Kidderminster, a short walk away from local amenities including shops, leisure facilities and public transport links.
Accommodation type
Six furnished one-bedroom apartments, each with a bedroom, lounge/diner, fully-fitted kitchen and shower room. There is level access throughout the building and garden.
Communal areas
All apartments are self-contained and there is a shared laundry room and garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site and CCTV help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Compton Valley House, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
How do I apply?
We cannot accept direct applications. All referrals must be made by Wyre Forest District Council, so please contact the council's housing advice team to begin the application process. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
