In the heart of the vibrant city of Hull, Donnington Court has 12 fully-furnished one, two and three-bedroom flats.
We provide accommodation and support for families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Location
Located within Hull city centre, within walking distance of shops, leisure facilities and public transport links.
Accommodation type
12 fully-furnished self-contained flats – two one-bedroom, two two-bedroom and eight three-bedroom.
Communal areas
Laundry facilities and a meeting room.
Safety and security
Staff office, CCTV and a secure door access system to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All flats are let on a licence agreement.

To be eligible for a place at Donnington Court, applicants must:
- Be families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from Hull City Council housing options team. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
