About us
Located in the East Sussex coastal town of Hastings, Priory Avenue provides supported housing for adults aged 18-65 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. With personalised support, we encourage them to build the skills, confidence and self-esteem to live independently.

Location
Within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, Hastings railway station, East Sussex College, the seaside, and Alexander Park.
Accommodation type
19 bedrooms spread over three floors in neighbouring townhouses. All bedrooms are fully furnished.
Communal areas
A kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Safety and security
Staff onsite seven days a week, overnight security staff and CCTV.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All bedrooms are let on a license agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Priory Avenue, applicants must:
Be aged 18 and over
Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
Have identifiable support needs
How do I apply?
We do not accept direct applications. All referrals must be made through Hastings Borough Council.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
