About us
Richard House provides support for adults aged 18 to 65, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Location
A residential area of Brentwood, close to shops, restaurants, parks, and public transport links.
Accommodation type
Ten fully-furnished bedrooms in a shared house and a furnished one-bedroom apartment.
Communal areas
A shared lounge, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, bathroom and garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
The bedrooms are let on a licence agreement and the one-bedroom apartment is let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

To be eligible for a place at Richard House, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 to 65
- Have a housing support need
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from Brentwood Borough Council. We are unable to accept direct applications. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
