About us
Simon Mead House provides supported housing accommodation and personalised support for adults aged 18 or over, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Location
A quiet, residential area of Ashford, providing easy access to shops, supermarkets, the local college, parks and public transport links.
Accommodation type
11 single-occupancy bedrooms and a self-contained one-bedroom flat, spread over two floors a shared house. All bedrooms and the flat are provided fully-furnished.
Communal areas
Communal spaces include a lounge, kitchen, bathroom, activity room and garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Communal Wi-Fi is available to all residents.
Rental agreement type
All rooms and the flat are let on a licence agreement.

To apply, please contact Ashford Borough Council, as we cannot accept direct applications. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
