About us
Nestled in the Ladywell ward of the London Borough of Lewisham, Slagrove Place provides intensive housing management support for adults aged 18-65, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

A stone’s throw from local shops, supermarkets, and Lewisham Park. Excellent transport links with bus stops and Ladywell Train Station nearby. A short walk to Lewisham and Catford shopping areas.

Communal areas
There is a communal garden for residents to enjoy.
Safety and security
CCTV, a secure door access system and out of hours telephone support help to ensure residents’ safety.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All flats are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Slagrove Place, applicants must be:

Aged 18 or over

Single with no dependents

Homeless or at risk of homelessness
How do I apply?
We cannot accept direct applications. Referrals must be made by Lewisham Council, so please contact their Single Homeless Intervention Prevention Team to begin the application process.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
