About us
Located in the coastal town of Eastbourne, St Aubyns Road provides supported housing for adults aged 18-65 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. With personalised support, we encourage them to build the skills, confidence and self-esteem to live independently.

Close to the town centre within short walking distance of the seafront, town centre and train station.
Accommodation type
A shared house with eight room and one separate flat (annex). All accommodation is are fully furnished.

Shared kitchen, living room and garden.

Staff onsite seven days a week and CCTV.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas.
Rental agreement type
All accommodation is let on a license agreement

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at St Aubyns Road, applicants must:
Be aged 18 and over
Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
Have identifiable support needs
How do I apply?
We do not accept direct applications. All referrals must be made through Eastbourne Council.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
