About us
Cromer Homeless Supported Housing includes three shared houses in Cromer, with a total of 25 single-occupancy bedrooms and communal facilities. We provide support for adults aged 18 to 64 who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness.
- Staff on-site various hours, seven days a week, including overnight
- Short-term supported housing for up to two years
- Communal lounge, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and gardens

Three properties in a residential area of Cromer, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks, the beach and public transport links.

Communal areas
Each house has a lounge, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, overnight concierge, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All bedrooms are let on a licence agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Cromer Homeless Supported Housing, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 to 64
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Have recourse to public funds or personal income to pay the weekly charges

To apply, contact the Housing Options Team at North Norfolk District Council.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
