About us
Great Yarmouth Homeless Supported Housing has two services within Great Yarmouth, Moreton Court and Woburn House, comprising 20 single-occupancy bedrooms, six one-bedroom flats and three studio flats.
We provide support for adults aged 18 or over, who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness.
- Staff on-site various hours to suit residents’ needs
- Short-term supported housing for up to two years
- Communal lounge, kitchen and garden

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Great Yarmouth Homeless Supported Housing, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
How do I apply?
We can only accept referrals from Great Yarmouth Borough Council's Housing Options team, so please contact them directly. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
