About us
Located in the county town of Aylesbury, Tring Road provides intensive housing management support for adults aged 18-65, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
- Short-term support to help residents maintain their tenancy and achieve personal goals
- Staff on-site between Monday-Friday, with an overnight concierge

Accommodation
Location
Near shops and restaurants, with good transport links including bus stops and a railway station. A college and park are also within reach.
Accommodation type
Seven fully furnished bedrooms in a shared house and a self-contained, one-bedroom self-contained flat.
Communal areas
A lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and computer room. There’s also a garden.
Safety and security
A staff office on-site and a secure door access system to help ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
An accessible computer is available for use.
Rental agreement type
All bedrooms and the one-bedroom flat are let on a licence agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Tring Road, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Require a maximum of three hours’ support per week
How do I apply?
We can not accept direct applications. Referrals must be made by Buckinghamshire Council’s Housing Team so please contact them to begin the application process.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted. Applications will not be accepted from those who currently have drug or alcohol dependency.
