About us
Withipoll Street provides supported housing accommodation and personalised support for adults aged 18 or over, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

- Short-term supported housing for up to two years

Accommodation
Location
Within walking distance of Ipswich town centre, with easy access to shops, leisure facilities, colleges and public transport links.
Accommodation type
Two self-contained flats, each with a bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom, and eight single-occupancy bedrooms. All flats and bedrooms are fully-furnished.
Communal areas
A lounge, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi throughout the building. We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All flats are let on excluded licence agreement. Bedrooms are let on protected licence agreements.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Withipoll Street, applicants must be:
- A single female
- Aged 16 or over
- Homeless or at risk of homelessness
How do I apply?
We only accept referrals through Ipswich Borough Council.
Once a referral has been received, we will complete a needs and risk assessment to assess suitability for the service, before we can make an offer of housing.
