About us
Located in a residential area of Acton, Ealing Care Services has three one-bedroom flats and four studio flats.
We provide personal care and support for adults aged 18 to 65, with medium to high level mental health needs.

Inspected and rated by the CQC
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the national independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.
They inspect and monitor care homes, nursing homes and supported housing where personal care is provided and produce reports about them, to help you find a service that suits you.

Location
A quiet, residential area of Acton, close to shops, cafés, local colleges, parks and with good public transport connections.
Accommodation type
Three furnished one-bedroom flats and four fully-furnished studio flats, spread across four floors. All flats have a bedroom, living area, kitchen and en-suite bathroom.
Communal areas
A laundry room and shared level-access garden.
Safety and security
CCTV and an on-site staff office help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for additional safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All flats are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Applying
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Ealing Care Services, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 to 65
- Have a medium to high level mental health need
Applicants with a history of addiction must be attending a rehabilitation program before a referral is made and must commit to continuing with the program.
