About us

Greenwich Care Services has five buildings spread across Greenwich, comprised of 20 en-suite bedrooms in shared houses and 20 one-bedroom flats.

We provide supported accommodation for adults aged 18 and over, with medium-level mental health needs.

  • Floating nighttime Concierge service

Five schemes across Greenwich, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks, colleges, cinemas, places of worship and public transport links.

20 furnished single-occupancy bedrooms across two shared houses and 20 one-bedroom flats across three separate buildings. Each flat has a bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom.

Residents are encouraged to socialise with others, using the communal facilities from across all five schemes.

Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system to ensure residents’ safety and security.

Wi-fi

Technology

Integrated emergency pull cord alarm system throughout all schemes and personal pendant alarm available. Free Wi-Fi and computers are available for residents at all services.

The one-bedroom flats are let on an assured shorthold tenancy, and the bedrooms in shared houses are let on a licence agreement.

Applying

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for a place at Greenwich Care Services, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a diagnosed mental health need

How do I apply?

We accept referrals from Greenwich Council.

All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
