About us

Mulberry House has a total of eight single-occupancy bedrooms with kitchenettes in the main house, and five self-contained one-bedroom flats in the adjoining mews building. We provide support for adults aged 18 to 67, with a range of mental health needs, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible. 

  • Staff on-site during office hours

The bedrooms are let on a protected licence agreement, and the flats are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for a place at Mulberry House and Mews, applicants must: 

  • Have a diagnosed mental health need and require support for recovery 

  • Be aged 18-67 

  • Have a local connection to Bath and North East Somerset 

  • Be homeless, at risk of homelessness, or live in unsuitable accommodation 

  • Be willing to engage with the recovery process, working towards independence 

How do I apply?

We accept referrals from Bath and North East Somerset Council’s Mental Health or Housing Options teams. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
