About us
Located in the historic city of Lancaster, Wyngarth Court provides support for adults aged 18 and over with a range of mental health needs. We encourage residents to build their skills, confidence and self-esteem, and live as independently as possible.

Close to the city centre, within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, leisure facilities, parks, and public transport links.
Accommodation type
Eight ensuite rooms in a shared house and four self-contained single occupancy flats.
Communal areas
A large kitchen, laundry room, and comfortable lounge
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, including overnight concierge, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Free WiFi in communal areas. We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All rooms in the shared house are let on a licence agreement and all flats are let on assured shorthold tenancies.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Wyngarth Court applicants must:

Be aged 18 and over

Have a mental health need

Require a minimum of 15 hours of care per week
How do I apply?
We do not accept direct applications. To apply, referrals must be made through Lancashire County Council.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
