About us
London Road has four one-bedroom apartments and nine single-occupancy bedrooms. We provide support for young people aged 16 to 25, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Residents are encouraged to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

Accommodation
Location
A residential area close to Bexhill town centre, within walking distance of shops, leisure facilities, public transport links and the seafront.
Accommodation type
Four self-contained one-bedroom apartments and nine single-occupancy bedrooms. All apartments and bedrooms are furnished and there is WiFi in all communal areas.
Communal areas
Shared kitchens, shower rooms, laundry room and garden with summer house.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. We can provide assistive technology for additional safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy and the bedrooms are let on a licence agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at London Road, applicants must:
- A single young person with no dependents
- Aged 16 to 25
- Homeless or at risk of homelessness
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from the Children’s Services team at Rother District Council. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
