About us
Moorland Road has eight en-suite bedrooms in a shared house and one self-contained flat.
We provide support for young people aged 16 to 25, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and require medium to high-level support. Residents are encouraged to develop the skills needed to live independently.

Location
A quiet, residential area of Weston-Super-Mare, within walking distance of shops, leisure facilities, Weston College, the seafront and public transport links.
Accommodation type
Eight fully-furnished single-occupancy bedrooms, each with en-suite, and one self-contained flat.
Communal areas
A shared lounge, kitchen and laundry room.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All bedrooms and the flat are let on a licence agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Moorland Road applicants must:
- Be aged 16 to 25
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Have medium to high-level support needs
- Require a minimum of five hours support per week

We accept referrals from the Housing Team at North Somerset Council, please see their website or call 01934 888 888.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
