Situated on the edge of the Peak District National Park in the historic market town of Leek, Daisy Haye provides apartments and communal facilities for over 55s. 

Designed to offer comfort, independence and peace of mind, Daisy Haye has everything you need to enjoy a happy, fulfilling retirement.

Our building

Daisy Haye has a welcoming reception area, residents' lounge, restaurant, hair and beauty salon, hobby and craft room, library, IT facilities, guest suite, and landscaped gardens with a greenhouse. There are lifts to all floors and level access throughout.

Your new home is unfurnished so you can make it your own. We offer one and two-bedroom apartments, each with a living room, fitted kitchen and shower room.

Technology

There is Wi-Fi in communal areas. Pull cords are fitted in every apartment, and optional assistive technology is available to complement your lifestyle. This can be purchased at an additional cost.

Apartments are available to rent. Leasehold apartments may also be available to purchase from a current owner. You may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent from Staffordshire County Council.

Restaurant and dining

Our on-site restaurant is open to residents six days a week* for breakfast, lunch and snacks.  

If you live nearby, enjoy a meal out in our restaurant with your family and friends.  

We regularly have special menus to celebrate special occasions throughout the year and our restaurant has a food hygiene rating of 5 from the Food Standards Agency.

  1. Contact us for an application form or contact Staffordshire County Council. 

  1. We’ll arrange for you to visit and meet us. 

  1. We’ll help you to complete a housing assessment and affordability form, as you may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent and part of your service charge. 

  1. While you’re here, we may assess if you would benefit from care and support services, and our care provider may arrange to visit you at home to discuss your needs. For your care to be funded by Staffordshire County Council, you must have had your needs assessed and approved by the adult social care team.
