Support

What support do you provide?

Personalised Support

We take a personalised, recovery-focused approach, recognising that everyone's journey is different. Working closely with each person, we develop tailored support plans using the Mental Health Recovery Star that reflect their strengths, goals and aspirations, helping people make meaningful progress towards greater independence. When residents are ready to move on, we provide up to six weeks of tailored move-on support, helping them build confidence and settle successfully into their next home.

Staying well

With staff available on-site 24 hours a day, we provide practical and emotional support to help people maintain their wellbeing, manage their mental health and navigate the challenges of everyday life. This can include support with medication, attending appointments, developing coping strategies, recognising early signs of relapse and accessing specialist support when needed.

Building independent living skills

We support people to develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently. This includes managing a tenancy, budgeting, maintaining a home, establishing daily routines and taking greater control of personal wellbeing. Progress is regularly reviewed and achievements are recognised and celebrated.

Community connections and opportunities

Building strong community connections is an important part of recovery and wellbeing. We encourage and support people to build positive relationships, pursue hobbies and interests, access education, training and employment opportunities, and take part in local activities.
