Situated close to Warrington town centre, Ryfields Village provides apartments, bungalows, and communal facilities for over 55s. 

Designed to offer comfort, independence and peace of mind, Ryfields Village has everything you need to enjoy a happy, fulfilling retirement.

At Ryfields Village, you’ll find

  • One or two-bedroom apartments and bungalows with open-plan lounge and kitchen
  • On-site communal facilities, including restaurant, fitness suite and gardens
  • Staff on-site 24 hours a day and assistive technology built in to help you make the most of every day

  • People aged 55 or over, or those with long-term care needs
  • Applicants who live locally, or have a family connection to the area

Our building

Ryfields Village has a restaurant, café bar, village shop, hair salon, library, IT suite, fitness suite, craft room and village hall. Residents can also enjoy landscaped gardens, a greenhouse and welcoming social spaces throughout the village.

Your apartment

Your new home is unfurnished so you can make it your own. We offer one and two-bedroom apartments and bungalows, each with a living room, fitted kitchen and shower room. Selected properties also benefit from a shared patio area.

Technology

There is Wi-Fi in communal areas. Pull cords are fitted in every apartment, and optional assistive technology is available to complement your lifestyle. This can be purchased at an additional cost.

Apartments and bungalows are available to rent. Leasehold apartments may also be available to purchase from a current owner. You may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent from Warrington Borough Council. 

Restaurant and dining

Our on-site restaurant and café bar are open to residents for breakfast, lunch and snacks. If you live nearby, enjoy a meal out in our restaurant with your family and friends.  

We regularly have special menus to celebrate special occasions throughout the year and our restaurant has a food hygiene rating of 5 from the Food Standards Agency.

  1. Contact us for an application form or contact Warrington Borough Council.  

  1. We’ll arrange for you to visit and meet us. 

  1. We’ll help you to complete a housing assessment and affordability form, as you may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent and part of your service charge. 

  1. While you’re here, we may assess if you would benefit from care and support services, and our care provider may arrange to visit you at home to discuss your needs. For your care to be funded by Warrington Borough Council, you must have had your needs assessed and approved by the adult social care team.
